Established in 1879, MLY Ranch offers secluded log cabin rentals — just five miles from Greer, AZ — in the heart of Arizona’s White Mountains.
The Phobe
This historic cabin homesteaded in the late 1870’s near Greer, AZ is truly unique. Don’t be fooled by the nostalgic charm of the original old log exterior, the interior has been completely renovated and has all the comforts and conveniences of a new home. The cabin is just steps away from the Little Colorado River. Terrific enclosed sun porch with a fabulous view is perfect for card playing or a puzzle on a rainy day. The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest area has twin beds, with one bath in the master bedroom. A gas log stove, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a spacious living room offer all the comforts of your get-away while you enjoy the ambience of a true 18th century log cabin! Amenities also include BBQ grill, Coffee Pot, Microwave, Linen & Towels, Flat screen tv, Starlink Wi-Fi, Amazon Smart fire tv for all your online streaming. No smoking please.

The Marmaduke
Overlooking the Little Colorado River near Greer, Arizona, the Marmaduke Cabin accommodates up to four (4) persons. Its massive log construction, open floor plan and beautiful stone gas burning fireplace ensure you’ll enjoy your stay in our magnificent valley. The master bedroom of this vacation rental cabin is furnished with a king bed, the guest bedroom with twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with standard appliances. Enjoy your meals from inside or eat on the full-length deck with views of the meadow, river and canyon walls. Amenities also include BBQ grill, Coffee Pot, Microwave, Linen & Towels, Flat screen tv, Starlink Wi-Fi, Amazon Smart fire tv for all your online streaming. No smoking please.

Policies:
1. A Deposit of 50% of the reservation balance is required at the time of making a reservation. Deposit will be refunded less 10% with a TWO-WEEK advance notice or may be transferred to another date ONCE within one year of original reservation for full amount.
3. All rates are stated per cabin and will be adjusted according to the number of people. $35 for each additional person above 4 people per night. If you have MORE than 4 persons, you MUST EMAIL for reservations. Online bookings are limited to a maximum of 4 persons per cabin.
4. Tax is not included on any stated rates.
5. All rates are subject to change without notice.
6. Check out time is 10:00 a.m.
7. Check in time is 2:00pm
8. Late checkout without permission of the MLY Ranch will be charged for another night.
9. All cabins are non-smoking. You may smoke on the deck and porches. Enjoy our deck with views of the meadow, canyon walls & river.
11. Any damages incurred by renters, or their dogs will be billed in addition to rental fees.
12. No ATVs allowed.
13. A 2 night minimum is required.
14. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
15. Visa/MasterCard, cash, checks accepted. Check must be received within 7 days of making reservation to hold reservation.
