MLY Ranch: Rates&Policies

Policies:

A Deposit of your first nights stay is required at the time of making reservation, to hold reservation. Deposit will be refunded less 10% with a two week advance notice, or may be transferred to another date once within one year of original reservation for full amount. Holidays are payment in full. All one night stays are payment in full at time of the reservation.
All rates are stated per cabin and will be adjusted according to the number of people. $20 for each additional person above 4 people per night. If you have MORE than 4 persons, you MUST CALL for reservations. Online bookings are limited to a maximum of 4 persons per cabin.
Holidays will be charged at the summer rate..
Tax is not included on any stated rates.
All rates are subject to change without notice.
Check out time is 10:30 a.m.
Check in time is 2:00 p.m.
Late checkout without permission of the MLY Ranch will be charged for another night.
All cabins are non-smoking. You may smoke on the deck and porches. Enjoy our large deck with views of the meadow, canyon walls & river.
$20.00 per pet per day!
- All pets must be kept on a leash & not left unattended.
- We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents to your pets.
Visa/MasterCard, cash, checks accepted. Check must be received within 7 days of making reservation to hold reservation.
No ATVs.
If you stay 7 nights you will receive a 10% discount.
We do welcome one night stays but you must phone for a reservation.
Any damages incurred by renters or their pets will be billed in addition to rental fees.
Renters are expected to clean up after their pets (indoors and outdoors), additional cleaning will result in additional fees.
